Dr. Zharkina spoke in such a soft yet assertive manner and explained every concern thoroughly. Her private office is newly purchased so she has not put all of her furnishings in place but it was spotless and you would not be able to tell that she just moved in. Her staff was pleasant and warm welcoming.
